Dr. Cox has been in private practice in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 1994. He is a graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed a rotating internship at Fort Worth's Osteopathic Medical Center of Texas. Dr. Cox specializes in treating orthopedic conditions, such as rotator cuff injuries, degenerative joint disease, whiplash, sports injuries, and other pain caused by sprains and strains of ligaments and tendons with Prolotherapy.
