Dr. Li, the founder and president of CPMR, is an interventional physiatrist. She is board certified in both Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.


She is a graduate from Washington University School of Medicine/Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. She has been in practice at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria, IL for three years prior to opening her independent practice.

Dr. Li has special clinical interests in electrodiagnostic studies and interventional pain management. She works very closely with primary care physicians, orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals in the area. She is not only well-trained in advanced western medicine, but has extensive experience in Chinese traditional medicine for pain management. Dr. Li is the first certified physician in central Illinois to perform painless neurosensory testing with Neural-Scan, the most advanced, gold standard in pain diagnosis.
