Dr. Hauser is well-known for his expertise in the technique of Prolotherapy,
a medical procedure that stimulates the body to repair painful areas. Dr.
Hauser trained under Dr. Gustav Hemwall, the grandfather of Prolotherapy.
Because of his expertise, Caring Medical is a national referral base seeing
patients from all over the USA, as well as abroad. Dr. Hauser sees people
for Prolotherapy from all over the world, including Australia, England,
Canada, Scotland, Ireland, Costa Rica, and Mexico.
Dr. Hauser uses an individualized approach to wellness and treatment of
disease, providing his patients the extra touch by upholding the motto "The
Care of the Patient begins with Caring." Dr. Hauser tries to get at the root
cause of his patients’ problems, thereby treating the cause, not just the
symptoms.
Along with his wife and CEO of Caring Medical, Marion Hauser, MS, RD, they
created The Hauser Diet, a testing
procedure that determines which of five animal diet types will maximize a
person’s energy and ability to heal, along with optimizing weight. This

Dr. Hauser and his wife Marion Hauser, MS, RD, are the authors of the
national best seller "Prolo Your Pain Away!, Curing Chronic Pain with
Prolotherapy" along with a five-book topical mini series of Prolotherapy
books, including “Prolotherapy: An Alternative to Knee Surgery.” Dr. Hauser
and Marion have also written a 900-page sports book that discusses the use
of Prolotherapy for sports injuries, as well as other topics including
nutrition, surgery, x-rays, cortisone shots,
MRI’s and other aspects of
sports medicine. It is one of the most comprehensive books on Sports
Medicine available, with over 2,000 references listed. Every athlete and/or
trainer should have a copy.
Lecturer/Speaker: Dr. Hauser is a well-known speaker and lecturer on
a variety of topics related to natural medicine. He is one of the
authorities on Prolotherapy, and often speaks on this topic to the lay

Ironman: The Ironman triathlon race consists of a 2.4 mile open water
swim, followed by a 112 mile bike ride, finishing up with a 26.2 mile run.
Most athletes train for about a year putting in 2-3 hours of exercise daily.

athletes, came from a non-triathlon background. I loved running, but when a
stress fracture of my tibia, didn't allow running for 3 months, I decided to
