Dr. Michael Cronin is a Naturopathic physician who for 20 years has been using physical medicine for the treatment of pain. Prolotherapy is 90% of his practice. He integrates prolotherapy with acupuncture, manipulation, spinal decompression and clinical nutrition. Dr. Cronin also uses Autologous Platelet Therapy.  APC is and excellent adjuct to prolotherapy especially for joint degeneration that is moderate to severe. The patient's blood is draw, the platelets are seperated out and injected into injured areas. Dr Cronin utilizes diagnostic ultrasound in his facility including ultrasound guided injection when appropriate.

Dr. Cronin did his residency in physical medicine and is a diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management, and Naturopathic Academy of Therapeutic Injection. He is the founder of Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and its president from 1992 to 1997.
